Description

Guadalajara, Mexico is a vibrant city of more than 6 million people, rich in culture, history, and tradition. Yet only 2–3% follow Christ. The majority are searching for hope in the thousands of false idols found in churches and throughout the streets—but the true hope of the gospel remains largely unheard. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 9:37, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” We invite your church to prayerfully consider joining what God is doing here through a short-term mission opportunity. Your team will partner with local churches and IMB missionaries to serve communities, share the gospel, and make disciples. This is more than a trip. It’s an opportunity to be part of God’s mission—seeing lives transformed while your own team grows in spiritual depth, unity, and purpose. Will your church say yes? Come be part of making His name known in Guadalajara.

Other Requirements

Go Experience – An IMB volunteer pathway designed to provide churches with a short-term mission trip as a gateway opportunity with hands-on ministry experience, pre-trip training, and onsite training. A crucial element is vision-casting during the trip provided by the field–offering next steps to continue as a partner with the missionary team and/or the affinity. The trip packages the field connection, travel arrangements, finances, registration, and training. Trips are hosted by IMB missionary teams who plan the ministry, make the local arrangements, and conduct training for the group as part of the trip.
