DESCRIPTION

Go Experience - Panama (Chiriquí) is a first step toward deeper missions engagement while partnering with IMB missionaries. Through pre-trip and on-the-ground training, as well as hands-on cross-cultural ministry, participants will be prepared to take healthy next steps in missions. During your week in Panama (Chiriquí) you will be involved in strategic activities leading to church planting such as prayer-walking, evangelism, discipleship, leadership development and community outreach. All ages are welcome.

Other Requirements

  • Go Experience - An IMB volunteer pathway designed to provide churches with a short-term mission trip as a gateway opportunity with hands-on ministry experience, pre-trip training, and onsite training. A crucial element is vision-casting during the trip provided by the field--offering next steps to continue as a partner with the missionary team and/or the affinity. The trip packages the field connection, travel arrangements, finances, registration, and training. Trips are hosted by IMB missionary teams who plan the ministry, make the local arrangements, and conduct training for the group as part of the trip.
