Coffee People of Southeast Asia

Karla was chasing the pleasures of the world during high school. She knew about God and the Bible, but it did not seem relevant to her life. After graduation, she came to the English Village to seek her own path. In God’s providence, she came to Red Letter Worship and gained friends in a healthy Christian community. She started to read the Bible and became convicted of her sin. Karla recognized she had been running. “At that moment, I felt tired and cried out to God,” she explained to the Bible study group. “I said, ‘Lord, I surrender all to you.'” Obeying God rather than her family’s religious tradition, she followed through with believer’s baptism. “My mindset is significantly different now. I surrender all to God and am ready to go anywhere to serve Him. We are not promised tomorrow. My future is in the Lord’s hands,” Karla boldly stated. Pray for Karla as she and two others continue a ministry internship program through Red Letter Worship. They are actively sharing the good news with others while learning various ways to serve. Pray she clearly hears from the Lord her next steps.”
