Micronesia is home to 15 distinct Deaf people groups. Little is known about these groups. According to peoplegroups.org, they use Natural Sign Language, and their primary religion remains unidentified. They are currently unengaged, and it is not clear whether the gospel has reached them. Though their population is small, they are valuable in God’s eyes and fully worthy of knowing His truth. Pray that the hearts of Deaf Micronesians will be open to the good news of Jesus Christ, and ask that doors will be opened for meaningful engagement and gospel witness.
