“What do participants do after going through a Lead Global training?” writes the Lead Global Training Team. “Some begin implementing the trainings immediately, others feel overwhelmed and don’t know quite where to begin, and still others fail to pass their learning along and simply sit with the information that they have learned. Please pray that those participating in our trainings will be faithful to use the information they learn. Ask God to show them where they are called to serve in their surrounding communities. Pray that they will faithfully practice abiding in Christ and respond in obedience to how and where they are called. We are currently meeting for our first post-training cohort. It is designed to continue to walk alongside those who have completed trainings. The purpose is to pray for each other and to discuss where they are experiencing victories in ministry and where they are experiencing challenges. Pray for the cohort to love and support one another as the body of Christ is called to do.”
