(KOH-bay) – On August 1, we will be hosting a summer party in Kobe with the members of Joyful Song Café. The members of Joyful Song Café will be inviting their friends and family to enjoy a wonderful time together through music performances, personal testimonies, delicious food, and fellowship. Joyful Song Café is an outreach ministry that was started by the Kobe Team last year for Japanese people who do not yet know Christ. Through learning English worship songs in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, participants are naturally introduced to Christianity and the love of Jesus. This ministry is especially meaningful because it is carried out in partnership with local Japanese Christians. Please pray that many people will join us for this summer party and experience the joy of God’s family and the fellowship of His kingdom. Above all, please pray that their hearts will be open to the gospel, that they will receive God’s gift of salvation, and that they will become His beloved children.
