Over the past few years, after leaving her home to journey to Europe with her husband and young son, Roya has experienced many different health concerns, including an ongoing severe skin condition. Crowded, rundown refugee camps are not known for the best sanitation. Roya is very grateful for the friends at a Bible study group she attends who help her make doctor’s appointments, arrange transportation, and provide translation on occasion, even when those appointments often leave her feeling more discouraged. As a new believer, she continues to bring everything to the Lord in prayer, but she struggles with frustration regarding unsuccessful cycles of new medications as well as the ever-present desire to be able to move eventually to a different housing situation. Pray that Roya will experience supernatural physical healing, and ask that she will be comforted and encouraged through the Holy Spirit. Pray that even in discouraging circumstances, she will know that the Father is in control and has great blessings for her family. Pray that Roya will continue to have opportunities to share with others in the camp the hope that comes through her relationship with Jesus.
