Maya moved to Europe with her husband and children a few years ago. Her husband’s job opportunities slowed down after the COVID-19 pandemic, and it became clear that they needed a fresh start. Her husband assimilated into the European culture very quickly; however, Maya is still struggling with the local language and with making friends. Her closest friend in Europe is her sister, who has been a huge help to Maya and her family. Maya was diagnosed not long ago with a serious illness that requires frequent medical treatments. Recently, some believers went to Maya’s house. Maya told them how tired she is with her medical treatments, and her husband told them how much he misses life in North Africa. They also shared how unfriendly people are in their neighborhood. Please pray for Maya and her family. They came to Europe for a fresh start, but it hasn’t been easy or enjoyable for them. Ask God to intervene and use believers to share truth with this family, and pray that He will draw them to Himself.
