“Two families on our Leipzig, Germany East Team have acquired a Schrebergarten (garden plot) in the focus area of the church plant in the city of Leipzig. They got the garden for what amounts to less than US$2 (what a blessing!), but it’s been long neglected and requires a lot of work. Already, in this initial phase of pruning, clearing, repairing, etc., they have met families from the area or from the children’s kindergarten and have begun to build relationships. It is their dream to use the garden for outreach and to host church-planting team events on the property. Won’t you join in prayer for these families, for their outreach, and for the beginning relationships? As they prune apple trees and berry vines, please pray also for the fruit that comes when the “seed of the gospel falls on good soil.”
