Shoreline City, Northern Africa

Situated on the shores of a sea, Shoreline City bustles with the comings and goings of millions of people. In the summer months, many people from the country’s capital city spend their vacations in this crowded city. The narrow streets lined with shops and venders and the tall apartment buildings scattered near the shore are filled with people living and dying in spiritual darkness. Less than 1% of the population claims to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Despite being, at one time in history, a major center of early Christianity, the main religion in the city is now Islam, and believers face persecution. Most believers do not consider sharing their faith outside their own circles due to fear. There is a desperate need for a bold gospel witness among the lost and for the believers in Shoreline City to be strengthened. Pray for the salvation of the people of Shoreline City.
