Pray against the genocide that has been taking place in the Darfur region of western Sudan. Pray for the killing to cease and for those who are committing these atrocities to be thwarted. Ask that even in the midst of such evil acts, God will call some of the perpetrators to Himself. Pray that the survivors will find safety. Pray that they will encounter believers who will receive them, help them, and share their hope with them. Petition for their healing from this trauma. Pray for God’s Light to shine out in the darkness.
