As 2026 begins, the war in Sudan continues to rage. In this seemingly hopeless situation, please continue to be on your knees, pleading in prayer for the country of Sudan and her people. Pray for peace. Pray for warring factions to lay down their arms. Pray for those who are supplying the weapons of war to cease. Pray for the Sudanese people to find hope in God so that in the midst of this conflict, they may claim, like Job, “Though he slay me, I will hope in him” (Job 13:15 ESV). Pray for the believers and the Church in Sudan to stand strong and continue to be ministers of hope to those around them.
