(yan-GONG) – U Maung lives in a poor community downtown. A few months ago, he heard the gospel story from local believers and immediately asked to hear more. Once a week, local believers meet with U Maung in his home to study the Bible and explain what it means to follow Jesus, and his neighbors often listen as well. U Maung says he believes in Jesus, but he is not yet ready to leave Buddhism behind and follow Him. Pray that U Maung and his neighbors will decide that following Jesus is worth the cost.
