Training varies depending on the trip and the length of service. Most of our summer and semester opportunities will include an orientation and debriefing as part of the trip. They require preparation that will be assigned to you in advance of your trip. IMB also offers online courses to help with short-term mission trips. The Journeyman program (two years) includes an extensive training and orientation regimen with other new missionaries.
