Hike to unreached places to see movement of the gospel! Will you give up your comforts to see His name spread? Train national believers in simple and reproducible discipleship models. You will partner with churches, go to villages, visit new churches, and go wherever the Father opens doors to engage national believers in the Great Commission and engage those yet to believe in the gospel. Come help us seek out the remaining unreached people groups here in South Asia who have never heard the gospel before.
Residency – An opportunity to serve on mission for one or two semesters while being mentored by an IMB field missionary. Active members of Southern Baptist churches receive a subsidy, which includes travel to/from Orientation/Debrief at ILC, room and board at Orientation/Debrief, travel to/from the field and emergency insurance. There is no subsidy for applicants who are not members of a Southern Baptist Church. All monies raised or donated in excess of the stated cost of this particular Residency trip will be used to offset the additional, subsidized field cost expenditure for the student. These monies may also be used to supplement the broader cost of ministry related to the Residency program, in general. Application deadlines: Fall Residency trips: deadline to apply is May 1. Spring Residency trips: deadline to apply is October 1.
