Railway boys in Kolkata, India, start their day slowly. The boys live in a train station and most of them ran away from home. Gang leaders often beat and manipulate younger boys. Gang leaders introduce sniffing glue to new boys, creating the dependency they need to stay in control. A special ministry reaches out to these railway children and tries to get them off the streets.
