Brightly-colored houses dot the hillsides of Valparaíso, Chile, a city built on 42 hills. Each of these hills forms their own community, some with no evangelical presence. Through a church-planting initiative begun by an IMB missionary, Southern Baptists and Chilean believers are working together to start a church on each of the city’s 42 hills.
