WHERE IS GOD LEADING YOU?

Andy and his family served as missionaries to sub-Saharan Africa with IMB for 13 years. Andy now leads NextGen Mobilization for the IMB with a passion to serve local churches and NextGen ministries in carrying out the Great Commission. Andy speaks often throughout the country in mobilizing young people to serve on mission as well as in training leaders to that end. Andy is a PhD candidate at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian Leadership. When not on the road or in front of a computer, you may find Andy looking for birds, throwing a frisbee, or anticipating the next adventure with his family.

When I was a student, my life was changed by serving overseas among unreached people groups. I am passionate about mobilizing others and sharing about the lostness in the world. I hope to see others experience more of the Lord and his creation as well as make His name known where it is not yet known.

Hey! I'm Mackenzie Norman, the NextGen Recruiter for the Southwest region and I'm based in Fort Worth, Texas. I've served overseas with the IMB as a summer missionary and a Journeyman, and both were life-changing experiences. My idea of a good time is a long conversation about the Bible with a friend and strong cup of coffee. Hi there! My name is Olivia, and I look forward to meeting you! I have had the opportunity to take numerous short-term trips across the world, to serve with various peoples and in different ministry capacities. God re-ordered my desires during my collegiate career and has since grown my passion to help see students mobilized for God’s glorious mission. I love a good cup of black coffee, exploring new places, and sharing stories with those around me.

Growing up in Chicagoland as a first-generation student, God made it clear that I was called to more than the “American Dream.” God changed my life when I served on overseas trips to South Asia and West Africa. I am passionate about mobilizing students and young adults to the nations, to see God use their gifts and talents for His glory!

In serving overseas in the short term, for summers, and then as a Journeyman in Southeast Asia, God has given me a love for the local church, the nations, and people. I pray we see more young adults and students mobilized from local churches to seek first the kingdom of God by praying, giving, and going to see the gospel among the every and the all! When I am at home in Jackson, TN, you may find me in a conversation over coffee, working out at my local CrossFit gym, cooking a good meal, or watching a movie.
