Andy and his family served as missionaries to sub-Saharan Africa with IMB for 13 years. Andy now leads NextGen Mobilization for the IMB with a passion to serve local churches and NextGen ministries in carrying out the Great Commission. Andy speaks often throughout the country in mobilizing young people to serve on mission as well as in training leaders to that end. Andy is a PhD candidate at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian Leadership. When not on the road or in front of a computer, you may find Andy looking for birds, throwing a frisbee, or anticipating the next adventure with his family.

Julia has served with the IMB for 15 years. For the first 11 years she served as missionary team leader in North Africa and the Middle East. She has been the Midwest NextGen Mobilization Strategist for the last 4 four years. She serves state conventions and churches as they engage their young adult, collegiate and youth groups in discovering their role in the missionary task. She along with her husband and daughters are based out of Little Rock, AR. In her free time she enjoys Brazilian Jiujitsu, hiking and travel.

Sarah grew up as a missionary kid with the International Mission Board and North American Mission Board and has served in several countries. Her love for students stems from her time as a campus minister and serving in various ministry positions. She is an enneagram 7 who loves her family, puppy named Mocha, coffee, burgers, and SEC football. @farleyonthego

Patrick serves with the International Mission Board as the NextGen Strategist for the Northeast. He has previously served as a collegiate church planter at UMASS Lowell and as an IMB missionary in Glasgow, Scotland. Patrick loves the outdoors and especially enjoys backpacking and cycling. He and his wife Erin have two girls, and currently live in Richmond, VA.

NextGen is the most strategic demographic for joining Jesus in His Kingdom work globally. As the Strategist in the West, Nate is committed to equipping, training and inspiring leaders and students. His heart is to serve by mobilizing NextGen leaders and students to obey and follow Jesus wherever he leads.

Bryan and his family served as IMB missionaries for over 4 years in Southeast Asia. His passion for NextGen strategic mobilization stems from his love for the local church, students and young adults, and the ways in which God intersects both to impact lostness among the nations. Bryan and his wife have three college-aged children and are based out of Waxahachie, TX. He enjoys hiking with his family, a good round of golf, and all things Thai food.
