Norway is a breathtakingly beautiful place, yet, beyond the splendor of our surroundings, we also see hearts weighed down by loneliness, isolation, and despair. Many people here have bought into the cultural norms of self-reliance and individualism, unaware of the transforming hope that comes from faith in Christ and the joy of belonging to the local church.
You can offer them the beauty of a true relationship with Jesus.
We invite you to partner with our team and local believers to share the hope and forgiveness of Jesus with Nordic peoples. We work in partnership with local churches and national denominations, focusing particularly on church planting, evangelism, and discipleship.
We also look for ways to meet those in our community, which is a vital place where you can help. We interact with non-believers through the language café, community events, after-school activity club, and the church’s coffee-bike ministry. These natural meeting point enable us to meet new people, hear about what is important in their lives, and share about the One who allows us to live and love the way we do.
You can also join us in praying for those who have never encountered Jesus personally. We are encouraged each day to know you are partnering with us in prayer, giving, and praising God for the work He is doing here. We know that it is only by and through Him that Nordic peoples will trust Christ as their Savior.
Gifts toward specific efforts show us what you are excited about. Occasionally, we may redeploy gifts as we follow God's leading with urgent opportunities or changing international contexts. Any gifts received beyond the goal go toward a similar project or our team support.
Oslo Coffee Bike Outreach
Help us reach outside the walls of church buildings to be salt and light across Oslo. In partnership with local churches and ministries, we hit the streets with the coffee bike: a mobile coffee bar that serves free coffee as a way to connect with the community and talk about loneliness, hope, and the gospel with those who might not otherwise enter a traditional church building. Your gift provides coffee and gospel materials that can be shared.
Student Dinner
Will you partner with us as we host a monthly gathering for university students and young adults in one of our homes? It’s a place where they can share a meal and get to know each other better. Our desire is to create a space for meaningful conversations and for the Holy Spirit to move through conversations. Your gift helps with food, games, and prizes for these fun evenings!
12 Pastor Training
Be a partner in our “12 Pastor Training” that happens over long weekends in various cities around Norway. We take groups of young adults away from their everyday settings, for a time dedicated to diving into important and sometimes counter-cultural subjects and theological topics. Your gift enables us to host these events, which have become powerful arenas for discipleship and leadership development.
Emma* is a young adult who recently moved to the capital to start her first job. A friend invited her to one of our monthly dinners for young adults in the area.
She had not grown up in a religious family. In fact, Emma didn’t even know anyone who attended church regularly or called themselves a Christian.
For her, this home-cooked meal was her first exposure to real Christians. Emma is asking questions about Jesus and thinking through what it means to follow Christ.
Monthly dinners for young adults are among the ministries your generosity enables as we strive to reach the lost, disciple believers, and plant churches here in Norway.
The Coffee Bike is another way to reach out to our neighbors. Your gifts enable us to offer free coffee and conversation to many who would never enter a church. It also allows us to disciple Christians in how to share their faith with others.

Innovative strategies engage the lost. One of the ways we engage the lost is with our “coffee bike.” We wheel it out on a city street to serve coffee and talk about loneliness, hope, and the gospel with people who might never enter a church building or even know an evangelical Christian. Sometimes, short-term teams from the U.S. help with the coffee bike and attract Norwegians wanting to improve their English skills. In addition, the coffee bike is an effective training ground for discipling believers and training them to share their faith with others. Thank you for providing coffee and gospel materials that engage lost people and share the joy of grace and salvation. Pray for relationships built through the coffee bike to lead to deep spiritual dialogs and, ultimately, for Norwegians to come to know Christ.
Another way we engage Norwegians is through our bi-weekly student dinners. With your help, we provide a comfortable atmosphere and good food so university students can invite non-Christian friends to an event that welcomes people at all stages of their faith journey. This meal is a good entry point for many into “knowing and trusting a Christian,” which is a first step toward knowing Jesus. Pray for the students who attend these dinners to ask questions about the gospel and what it means to become believers. Also, pray for boldness for our Christian students as they follow up by answering questions and sharing their testimonies.
