God's Truth for Bible-less Peoples
Project Overview
No Scripture in their people’s language. None. That’s the reality for more than 200 ethnic groups with whom IMB missionaries work. These Scripture projects make God’s truth available in Bible-less languages in multiple ways, but especially in the proven form of oral/audio Bible stories. The projects also provide God’s Word to people who may have printed Scriptures but are functionally Bible-less because they cannot read. Recent research found that missionaries who used oral [non-print] communication strategies with oral [non-reading] people groups planted more than four times as many churches as those who did not. With your financial participation, those who have never heard God’s Word will have it in the language that they understand best, the language that touches their minds and hearts. Your gift will be allocated to top-priority needs among IMB-engaged Bible-less peoples. Within months, God’s word could be ringing in the ears of those who have never before heard it.
