Green Mountain Arabs Team

In our area, 2.1 million “Green Mountain Arabs” have been cut off from the gospel for more than a millennium because of Islam and the heavy persecution of Christian converts. Tragically, they are taught that Jesus is just one of the prophets and a steppingstone to the true hero, Mohammad.They have never read the Bible, nor heard about the real Jesus, who is “God of God, light of light, very God of very God,” as the Nicene Creed declares.Those from this people group who follow Christ – less than .01% – face extreme challenges when trying to form churches, such as government surveillance, persecution from their family, and fake Christians infiltrating groups for money, either preying on their compassion without any genuine spiritual interest or spying on them for Islamic extremist groups.But God sees and loves the Green Mountain Arabs, and He sent Jesus to redeem them. He is the Lord of the Harvest, so one day, they, too, will be among all the tribes, nations, and peoples depicted in Rev. 7:9, worshipping around His throne.Your prayers and gifts are vital to this work! A few times each year, we return to strengthen and mobilize the churches there, and they desire to help us in our new place. You can help us reach the Green Mountain Arabas and build a Great Commission pipeline between Western Europe and this region.We are confident that Christ’s gospel will change lives in this place, and churches will be planted as we are faithful to the apostolic task.
