Christmas on the Rim: Christmas School Presentations

Come join us as we share about Jesus’ birth! On this trip, the team will go to local middle schools and high schools to teach an English lesson on the true reason we celebrate Christmas. The lesson and all the materials have already been prepared, but we need willing teachers to come and help present this information in the classroom.

Our hope is that these students will hear the gospel and understand why Christmas is celebrated around the world. The lesson is provided to you and includes an introduction, ice breaker game, Creation to Christ summary, biblical Christmas story, small group review questions, and student live nativity. Depending on the schools requests we will teach anywhere from 1-6 classes a day. The lesson is scripted with a coordinating PowerPoint presentation and props. The team will be assigned a part of the lesson to be responsible for, so that the teaching load will be distributed amongst the team. A translator will be there to translate the lesson into Chinese. The team will have onsite orientation and a day to practice teaching the lesson together before we start going to schools.

Christmas On the Rim – A two week missions opportunity for students to share the gospel during Christmas break in Asia. This opportunity is for students who have graduated high school.
