Description

Adventurers will work alongside a missionary family that has been in Madagascar for 10 years. Our team has a vision to reach 5 people groups in the Southeast segment of Madagascar. Of these people groups, there are currently 12 churches and 1 group that is working to form a church. The people of Madagascar live deeply in animistic ancestral worship. They are also deep in fear searching for any sort of safety from these fears. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Our team consists of one family in Fianarantsoa along with 1 national partner and a single man living in Manakara with 2 strong national partners in their early 30’s Our team is hoping to plant a church in Fianarantsoa in 2026. Your job will be to do evangelism in the city of Fianarantsoa, to disciple new believers in the church, and develop leaders. You will also go to rural area to do the same. In these areas, you will often camp and hike. Hiking through muddy paths and rice fields is to be expected. Our team is involved in all areas of the missionary task, we enter new areas, do evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, church formation, and are even exiting some areas that are self sufficient. You will spend time building relationships, doing evangelism and discipleship, possibly working in the rice fields, and hoping to plant churches.
