The Dhimal of India, an unengaged, unreached people group with a population of 5,200, practice folk Hinduism and live in the foothills of the Darjeeling district in India. Traditionally, they were hunters, and an alternate name for them means “someone who lives in the jungles.” Today, they depend on agricultural work or they work as laborers in tea gardens. Pray that the Dhimal people will hear the Word, receive it gladly, and one day labor for the Lord.
