A church plant exists in a Fulanke village, but no Fulanke attend it. After a recent disaster, the church, with support from Send Relief, distributed food bundles to 251 Fulanke families. They also shared God’s Word. For many Fulanke, this was the first time they understood that Christians love and care for others. The villagers—and even the local religious leader—were amazed that the church would help them. They said this was the first time they had experienced such a meaningful and selfless act.
“We know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding so that we may know the true one.” (1 John 5:20a CSB)
