Yes, there are a variety of healthcare-related projects for students. Most of these are for college juniors, seniors or recent graduates who are ready to engage in hands-on healthcare with practical experience, especially in the field of nursing. There are also rotation opportunities for fourth-year medical school students and fourth-year residents. Please explore imb.org/healthcare. If you are in foundation-level health classes or a pre-medical track, we encourage you to gain overseas cross-cultural experience through serving in one of our summer or semester-long opportunities. These longer experiences of living, ministering and serving internationally will equip you to better utilize the medical or healthcare-related skills that you will acquire.
